A Paradise Built by Hand, Coloured by Heart
The Xandari story began in Costa Rica with architect Sherrill Broudy — a lifetime of craft poured into a hillside. His wife Charlene brought it alive with vibrant art, sculpture, ceramics, and colour.
Together, they created something that travelers from the early 90s still return to — a place both familiar and forever renewing.A rivulet with three waterfalls. A rainforest at centrestage. Coffee grown on the slopes. The stars of Tacacori twinkling above the valley. And a village whose people became inseparable from the experience of the place.
The Muthoot Group Tranforming Lives Since Its Founding
Part of one of India's most trusted conglomerates, Xandari properties are now under Muthoot Leisure & Hospitality Services — a chapter of entrepreneurial conservation that began in 2001.
With simplicity, elegance, and tranquility as guiding values, MLHS has grown Xandari from a single Costa Rican jewel to a collection of sanctuaries across Kerala, and soon, a 2,000-acre reserve just north of Goa.
